o2 Payg Sim - GPRS Included? Set up help needed |

I have a PAYG O2 SIM. Top up £10 a month and get 500 texts included.
I thought that this included 1mb of GPRS browsing but, having had the
settings sent to me via the O2 site, GPRS access works but I am charged for all access.
Is GPRS not included in these PAYG SIMs? If it is, could someone point
me to the settings to stop me being charged?
(this is on a W800i)

Hi
do you know if your sim card is an o2 online pay and go sim card or an o2 pay and go original.
As part of the welecome package you get 5mb of gprs to use within the 30 days

This should automatically include 100kb browing a month. It did when I was with O2 a few months ago.
I changed over to t-mobile as they were much cheaper.

I received some free sims the other day from O2 and tried to use the free 5mb allowance (which I have used successfully previously but now I am getting an error saying there is no network coverage or the settings are incorrect. I did not have this problem last week and I have also tried the settings sent from the o2 website but it still won't work. Does anyone know how to fix this or can anyone provide me with the settings that I should use? I am using a k750i on pay and go...

500txts for a ten quid top up? Thats gud value . U usualy get 300. As for the other guy who cant get his 5mb b4 he tops up. I think its a certain batch of sims that have a + on the sim (pp9+ instead of pp9) these sims have to be topped up b4 u get your introductory 5mb free

wake up! ive given an answer lol, whether all new sims from o2 are these pp9+ where you have to top 1st, im not sure, or maybe it wss just a certain batch from a paticular offer
