K800i, ported number but displays old temporary number on phone status |

Erm as per title really, I ported my old number over with 3 (UK), and it works fine with incoming & outgoing calls/texts but on the phone status it still shows the old number.
I cant find a setting to change this, and I dont really know why it bothers me but it does 
anyone able to help?

Menu > Contacts > Options > Special Numbers > My Numbers
Change it there.

You cant change the number. At least not on mine.
