BenQ Z2 for 139 USD? Is it cheap and worth buying? |

There is a discount in BenQ Z2 in Turkiye nowadays. They seem to have cut it down to half the price it had, and now it's available for 140 US Dollars. My T230 needs some repairs and i thought i can get this phone and give it to my mother when i get a new  . So, do you recommend this phone, does anyone have positive or negative experience with this model?
 
Specifications :
- ~60MB built-in memory, mini-SD card support
- 128x128, 262K color display
- 1.3 MP camera - No video recording(?)
- 500x3 phonebook
- 40 tones polyphonic call signal, MP3 file as a call melody
- GPRS class 10 (4+2), Synchronization with PC (USB 1.1)
- Stereo FM-radio with a capablity to record music (memory for 20 stations, headset included into the kit)
- Integrated MP3/AAC/AAC++ player supporting ID3 tags and play-lists, equalizer
It's biggest disadvantage is the lack of BlueThooth, and crappy battery performance - talk up to 5 hours, standby up to 150 hours...

No No NO!
1st: BenQ has not realy good stuff at the moment just because they has all mobile technologies from SIEMENS mobile, which was closed just becaus seling in the markets bad quality handsets, and company was closed forever now, benQ now is seling all siemens stuff under their name and i would not recomend that... u can read about Siemens and BenQ your self if u realy need an advise man...

better get low end SE such as J230 or k310i for meaning time to keep u going, nd after get something like k750 w800 or anything from W...

Hmm thanks for the warnings man. I am thinking of getting a k750i very soon, i just need a phone for temporary usage, and i thought this was a good model with lots of features and an affordable price. I still think i can give it a try. But i will take your warning into account. Thanks... |
