The t68i does support screensavers, you can download them on to your pc then transfer them to your phone via ir etc...
Here are some sites for you , enjoy
www.matixm.com
www.xmob.co.uk
www.totonox.com/
or use the estato ones some good ones there.

thanx, but what i meant was moving screensavers, like the ones given on Esato.com, they say 1st transfer them on to your PC and then transfer via IR. But they are a series of animated pictures like moving ones and saving them will only save the 1st picture, shown on the screen.

This is the type of thing you're talking about, right?
Just right click on it with your mouse, Save Picture As... Then transfer to your phone via IR, BT, or data cable...
When you look at the file on your PC it won't be moving, but once you've transferred it to the phone it will work fine.

And dont forget they only move when you select them as screensaver or when you click them in pictures on your phone, not in the thumbnail view, or as background etc then they wont move on your phone either!

Are you sure you have the T68i, the T68 doesn't animate screensavers (which are just animated gifs). I f you download it and select and it doesn't move..you either don't have a T68i or the image is corrupted or is not an animated gif or your phone is faulty.
It should work you don't appear to be doing anything wrong. |

I download mine directly using my T68m upgraged T68i (R5D007) phone and I have no probems. I haven't tried downloading to PC and transfer us IR yet. |

Similar issue:
I have created a GIF file ( for a screensaver).
The properties are 101 * 80 , as the file res. should be, but when I transfer it to the T68i, all I get is an empty box in the middle of the screen, and not what I intended to upload.
p.s I am transferring it from my PC via IR to the T68i. |

Try giving it a couple of minutes to load, especially if it's a big GIF |

Yeah I did try that, still no joy.
Would it help if I used a specific application to do the upload, rather than 'clicking on the infra-red icon in the status bar and using the wireless link to send the files', although I dont see why this wouldnt work, as it works for sending standard background images.
Is there a specific value for the 'bits-per-pixel' perhaps? |
