Hi All, does anyone know how to re-set the HBH GV435, it says in the book to press the on and answer call button for 8 sec's, do you have to do it when its switched on or off, i have tried both and it dont re-set ??

Thanks Steve

Just green. That's what I do.If it's red it's you're out of energy and have to recharge but pair it when it's out of the plug!

Actually your are correct. I have this headset and the HBH-IV835. On page 15 of the IV user manual it describes the steps. My question is, if you can now suddenly find this info, why couldn't you do this in the first place? If you follow the instructions exactly, it will reset. I have done this many, many times.

My statement still stands, it is not that hard.

And at the risk of being pedantic it: "my goodness sapporobaby you're not right this time."

Then it is broken. Take it back. Mine as well as that of a friends, resets just fine.

I have the same problem. I have a brand new one that I first paired with an old T630 just to test see if it worked. it did but it won't reset! I want to pair it to my W900i.
