Im guessing their account has been hacked, if not you've gotta feel sympathy for who ever bought it.
Im not fussed about phones/gadgets no more. If im online im in the Non-Mobile discussion

That'll be scammers, the last two bidders will be scammers, probably the same person pushing the price to something inrealistic and then asking if they can pay by Western Union and could you ship to Nigeria?

Seen this a lot, if you see an auction where the price is unrealistically high, it'll be scammers - note the winning bidder has a -1 feedback! Even if they have feedback, I've noticed now that they're using hijacked accounts with a fairly good feedback to pull this 'high bidding' scam

I tried to sell my friends N80 and a scammer won it, he wanted me to send it to Indonesia, I was surprised when I recieved a paypal payment, I checked my paypa account and the cash was there! Do you think he is scamming me, I don't know weather to send it or not. Any advice from here?

Sounds promising that the money's there, though they could do a chargeback once they've recieved the phone. do they have any feedback, or does it look like a hijacked account at all?

Depends which company and which price plans, but here are a few FAQs to do with cashbacks/redemptions:

Basically they'd reverse the transaction, getting their money back, either that they'd accuse you of not sending the goods and getting paypal to take the money out of your account and back into theirs i believe.
