Sorry if this has been asked before, I just dont want to try and have it all go pete tong..

I live in the UK, have a k800i on 3, and want to debrand it to the standard firmware. I checked wotanserver, and I believe I need R1EG001 firmware, could someone confirm this for me?

Many thanks

Thanks, worked perfectly

Quick question if anyone here is on 3 with a k800i.

I have now debranded this, went to install msn messenger after reapplying the connection settings (3 website crap works fine), but it says 'Operation Failed' when i click get msn messenger.. Not tried any other content and assuming this is due to inbuilt certificates or something?

Any ideas? Its no big deal if it cant work but would be nice

Cheers

Hi as any sorted this problem out yet?

I was going to debrand my k800i from 3 untill i read this about msn not working.
Does downloading the software again from 3 work and not using one that is on the memory card?
