I made an animated gif, it was the correct dimensions only about 14kb and when i sent it to my phone, the phone couldnt view it. does anyone know why? |

When you first download, it may take some time (10 secs) before you can view it... especially when the file is big. |

its not one i downlaoded i made it myself with my computer and infa reded it across, i did wait but all i see is a cross, i imagine it means that there is some kind of error |

I think its beacause of some of the colours you have use arent accepted. It happens with some that are on websites too.

it depends. if all you see is a red cross then the phone doesn't accept it, but if its a white box, then the phone is trying to load it. leave it some time and it will find it. |

I sent an animated gif that I created to my phone and it worked fine. I'd try tweaking and fiddling with the gif, and sending it to the phone again, perhaps with different colour levels. |

i have my own created gif, theme and wallpaper... all is working fine, however, i had trouble like that before, the file was not acceptible and you see a white box with a red cross in it... try modifying your gif somehow, but at this point the phone wont read it....
