T68m -> T68i battery bugs! |

Ok, after flashing BOTH of my T68m to T68i (one with the T68ic RD5007 FW and the other with the R3C001 FW), BOTH T68m's battery meter reads 50hours standby time MAX! and the freakin' battery actual dies in 50 hours!
Before the flash, battery life was around 220 hours or so and it lasted that long! Now after the freakin' FW flash, the battery meter is screwed up and the phone battery just discharges based on what the STANDBY METER states! This is so retarded...I know a few of you have experienced that problem...how to resolve this delimma???
The strange thing is that I can get on both T68m's converted around 3.40 Hours of TALK TIME (so stated) but only 50 hours MAX of STANDBY TIME.

Same thing happened to a T68m which was upgraded to T68m(i). The standby time is amazingly low. Anyone can advise on how to fix this? Cytech? Helppppppp............. |

check the display light (should be "Automatic"), bluetooth (should be "Off"), infrared (also "Off")..... if these are set correctly and you still get short standby time, leave it to the service point again.... |

I flashed my T68i with RD5007 (the T68ie one) and again with the eastern euro version (http://www.alfamobil.cz/x/68.rar) and I have the exact same problem too.
How was you phones setup when you flashed them? What I mean by this is, was your phones with or without SIM installed? Was the battery fully charged and did you do a master reset before flashing? I'm asking to narrow down possible causes. I may try to flash again doing this procedure. |
