Hi ade_waqar,
This could be due to firmware issues on the handset,
I encoded some videos that would crash the K800i but as soon as the phones firmware was updated the videos will play fine!
See if there's an update on SEUS for your phone.
PS: when you encode video's don't use HEv2 for your audio untill you update the firmware use LC instead and keep your bitrates down max 300kbps video max 64kbps for audio.
