well my faultless k800i as it seemed was not that at all, i 2 like hundreds of others also noticed the GREEN LINE down the side of my screen while in video mode and the MISSING NUMBAS or LETTERS in da call log and the WSOD caused by a number of things to set it off, LAG THRU MENUS,a bloody QUIET RINGER and so on, whatever who really gives a f#*k lol, dissapointing yes, but not the end of the world, what i also noticed thru the forums was that most of the comlaints regarding this SIMPLE FIRMWARE PROBLEM where correct me if im wrong mostly involving network branded phones,so there for letting  somewhat off the hook, i thought anywayz, so still after encountering these probs with my k800i and opting 4 a firmware upgrade which i will ad DID FIX these problems i mentioned above, i thought by writing this others will see that these handset problems and even others not listed here r just a small software glitch , so do your self a favour dont sit there for days going over the same thing and regretting the ownership of ur k800i and reporting these individual things listed as MAJOR single f#*k ups and im dirty on the world and yadayadayada , go to ur software download links,go to ur local service centre ,go where ever you need to go to restore the , extemely close to perfect working order of your k800i its not 2 hard at all, so dont feel bad bout buying one cause you seen all those posts on how bad they are ,just follow these few SIMPLE things 4 a fw upgrade and the big bad k800i hopfully will keep on runnin az if there were no probz at all,after all u chose that phone lol
