Hi,

yes the Motorola V3x can be used in Japan.

Check out Docomo, KDDI AU, and SoftBank ( formerly Vodafone. )

You don't say what network you are using and where you are, but for me, roaming with SoftBank was very good. I use Vodafone UK and was satisfied using the PASSPORT service and my free minutes.

Docomo do seem to have some issues when people try to use that network to roam,,,,

Do a search here, " roaming in japan " and you will get lots of information..

Do you know what network does Japan have? or what are the phone requirements to have there like quadband, 3g, etc...

I am using Globe here in the Philippines and their roaming partners are NTT Docomo and another one w/c i forgot. But using docomo's network, could i use my phone?

I think you can use your phone roaming with Docomo.
