Hi.
Does the fastport enable the user to download media from the PC via the USB cable alot faster than usual. e.g faster than copying + pasting into the removable disk folder in My Computer?
If so how do i use it? It says nothing in the user guide about the Fastport.
Thanks lilman77

What exactly do you mean? You may have to rephrase your question.

> If you connect your W810 to the USB cable it'll AUTOMATICALLY ask you if you want PHONE mode or DISC mode, select the latter and it'll show up as 2 removable discs in your My computer folder. PhoneCard is the MSDuo Pro. You can drag & drop via USB 2.0 speeds, but it wont 'install' applications, that must be done via the phones browser.

I'm pretty sure transfer speeds are far below the maximum capacity of USB 2.0. Shame.

I believe it's actually a "marketing" name - fast as is every thing through
the same connector/port, no seperate cable for charging, USB etc. A little
like Nokia's "Pop" port !!!
