W810i all sound gone NEED HELP |

after receiving a call and ending it. i tried calling back my friend and no reaction.. i tought network problem but when i check my load its all consuremed. later i found that all sound from mp3 player to ring tones are all gone... the only thing left working is vibra.
also i cant access my camera now... i tries master reset didnt help//
anyone know whats wrong.... |

Yea me too. this is my first time. try removing the battery, sim and mem-stick for an hour or two. |

Have you checked if there is sound through the headset. It sould also be software related problem? |
