I just bought my k790 and my fw is R1CC003
and I want to know which is the lastest fw, and which upgrades has the newest firmware

The firmware version you have is R1CC003, the latest is R1EG001 which you can get using SEUS. |

Hi
I bought K790i 2 months back and i am really having a hard time using it.
Problem :
The handset switches of itself and deletes all pics, videos that I have taken.
Also audio quality is worst as compared to K750i.
So finally if I would change my Firmware which is R1CG001 to the latest one will that make any difference? Which firmware should I upgrade to.
Also using edge on Airtel can I Upgrade the firmware.
Please help me out.

hi even i got a k790i but i have not be able to get gprs/edge configured on it as yet i think i have to take it to the service provider
i am using R1CG001
i think i will update and then lets see what happenes
you should go check you phone at the service center since it will be on warrenty before updating it.
ps my k790i has not given me any problems its about 2 months old touch wood lol

There is NO difference between the K750i and K790i audio quality.
Since the K750i has the ability to be tampered with by FAR manager, it's audio capabilities far surpasses its successor. |

Hi, I bought K790i mobile a year ago and now I want to upgrade the software of it. Presently my software version is CXC1250477 R8BF003 080130. Please advise me.  |
