[b]I am a airtel user For 4 months I use Airtel only for to use GRPS.
but on 18 oct assigne me Caller Hello tunes by itself. i have not request to airtel nor dailed 867 for hello tune. airtel has deducted 45 Rs from Balance.airtel also turn off it Costumer Service.
can any one help me to retrived my balance back.where i can get TRAI email Address Or Phone no.
Suggest me more.

Dude no need to take tat severe action, just place a complaint with customer care and take complaint number. Then call again and tel them u want to speak to customer care Team leader and then fire him, give him warning if u dont give credit back to my number within 24hr then i vl complaint to TRAI abt fraud billing.
I think ther is some technical error, most of them, in every part of india facing this problem. They deducted 25 from my balance last month, aftr firing 3 team leaders, and regular follow-ups. They gave 25 back on my number.
Coming to customer care number, lines might b busy, keep trying, u vl get connectd.

This is well-known problem of Airtel. So no need to take tension. Just call the Customer Care and give them details. They will refund your balance.

i have tried the above but cc does not belived that i have not subscribe hello tunes. one new instersting thing is that Airtel added 26Rs in my Balance for Airtel to Airtel free Talk. when i Ask regarding this they(cc) Said that its will be bal that might be deducted earlier is returned to u Or it may be offer of airtel on recharge |
