Hi,

I'm trying to get my Outlook 2000 account to synchronise with my t68i,
but I just can't seem to get it work correctly. I'm running Win2K.

I've recently purchased the Fone Data Suite with the MA-8910C cable
included.

SMS and Contacts synchronise fine, but when I try and synchronise my
Outlook appointments I get the following error message:

"One or more items in the folder you synchronised do not match. To
resolve the conflicts, open the items, and then try this operation
again."

However, no items have been downloaded, so there is nothing for me to
open.

What do I try next? Thanks in advance for your help!

Just a thought, have you downloaded the latest software version from the Mobile Action website?

If you are using XTNDconnect try this.

Open XTNDconnect and sync with the phone. Go to SETTINGS and rearrange the MAPPING (contacts, calendar or tasks.)

Hope this works.

I'd tried contacting Fone Data a few days ago and hadn't heard anything, which was why I posted here. I've now received an email from them acknowledging receipt of my email, so hopefully. they'll send me a fix soon.

I've tried using Xtend Connect as well, but it didn't like my serial cable and seems to think that my USB cable isn't connected. But that's another story...
