K800 freezing. |

Okay, so I may be being really retarded. But, today my k800 started freezing, and randomly turning itself off.
It only seems to freeze when I try to use my camera or view the phone status.
But on the rare occasion its let me view the phone status, it appears that the phone hasnt loaded properly. It doesnt say my number in it.
And when it does decide to actually turn on it keeps saying "searching" or "no netwrok coverage".
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on making it work?
Cuz I dont want to not have it for weeks, but I get the feeling that is going to be my only option.
And if there is already a post on this, Im sorry, being new and all I obviously have't seen it, although I have looked. And I'm not sure whether this was really the right place. I just guessed.  |

is your phone new or what? if it's new u can go to your nearest service center. this behavior is kinda weird!

New. Well a just under a month old.
Its worked fine up until yesterday.
And I haven't see anyone with the same problem.
I'm a bit scared about taking it in to a shop, the always treat me like a retard, like I can't know anything, cuz I'm a teenager. And if they ask where I got it from and I say ebay, I'm not sure what they'll say to that.

u can also try upgrading ur firmware if u dont wanna take it to the serivce center. |

ok, i've had thought that u bought it brand new from a celphones shop with warranty. what you can do is to upgrade your phone with the new FW throu SEUS.

Well... Problem was something to do with the software apparently.
I couldn't seem to find anything to fix it, so I took it to a repair centre today. And they fixed it for me.
I'm just worried its going to happen again, cuz I don't know what caused it to happen the other day. It jsut randomly happened 
Oh well, fingers crossed. |
