indeed, n73 music edition is the same, so if u get a meme card and the headfones on your own, u have a music edition

There is also buttons for music control: play, pause, or something like that.

Its simple. If u dont already have a N73 wait for the music version to come out to have better headphones, bigger mem card, dedicated keys for music and better colors. If you already own a regular N73 theres no point in getting the music version, just buy a big mem card and headphones too if u like and be happy!
