When phone rings ringtone isnt heard thru headset |

I bought a Sony Ericsson w810i a week ago.. Everything is working fine on the phone...
Ok now the issue is that whenever i have my headset connected and the phone rings i do not hear the ringtone through the headset... If the music player is on and i receive a call the music is paused but i still cannot hear the ringtone from the headset...
Is this the case with all w810i phones or is it that my phone has some problem... |

Ringtones can't be played through the headset as far as I know.

try changing to the handsfree profile then put the phone in silent mode. you should be able to hear it then. |

just put the phone on silent before connecting the headset. You will find it will then fring through headphones. |
