Hi everyone, my K300 doesn't include a USB data cable. I have purchased a generic DCU-11 cable and installed its respective drivers. I Installed the SE PC Suite but I'm unable to get the phone recognized by the software. Is it because I'm using a generic cable? I installed other phone management software (MyPhone Explorer) and it worked perfectly. Please help me out. Thanks in advance!

Can I back up photos from my phone to the computer using SE Phone Manager? Should I simply stick to MyPhone Explorer or Float's Mobile Agent for transferring data from the phone to the PC (e.g. sounds, images, animations etc.)?? |

just use MP3 or FMA. it works better and has more features than the PC suite provided on the  CD.
