Hi everyone, my K300 doesn't include a USB data cable. I have purchased a generic DCU-11 cable and installed its respective drivers. I Installed the SE PC Suite but I'm unable to get the phone recognized by the software. Is it because I'm using a generic cable? I installed other phone management software (MyPhone Explorer) and it worked perfectly. Please help me out. Thanks in advance!

Can I back up photos from my phone to the computer using SE Phone Manager? Should I simply stick to MyPhone Explorer or Float's Mobile Agent for transferring data from the phone to the PC (e.g. sounds, images, animations etc.)??

just use MP3 or FMA. it works better and has more features than the PC suite provided on the CD.
