Im wondering has anyone more information on this SE car kit ?

From what I can make it it supports A2DP

yeah, that's what he means. i was there checking it out and looks good. no much diff from the HCB-300.

Basically Im just wondering does it support A2DP ? so you could stream music over bluetooth to your car speakers |

I don't think the HCB-400 has A2DP, although I could be wrong. My interpretation is that it has the HCE-26 (Stereo Mute Box) built in, which the HCB-300 didn't..
Is that right, does anyone know? I'm looking to get one what with the new laws, and want to make sure I don't buy extras unnecessarily...
