Is there a way to see how much memory that is free on a T300?

I don't know in T300, but in T68i you can go to "Fun & Games" (option 4), "My images" (option 2). Then press the Option key (the one below the Yes button) and select "Memory Status". You should see how much memory remains free and how much space is using some of the functions on your mobile...

You can see how much you have left here:
Fun & games
Choose My pictures or My sounds.
Press on the menu key and choose Memory status.
