Hello list this is my first post,
I have t65 phone and troubles with it.It restarts and so.
i gave it to the servis for firmware upgrade and still the same so now the situation is:
R5A010
prgCXC1122225
R5A010
prgCXC1122043_PK_TAE
CDA102045/130
R1A

does this mean that they have downgrade my firmware to release 1 and it is the current active firmware??? does it mean that it has been updatet twice?I don't know much about mobile phones but i am a computer ingeneer and firmware is not new word for me so PLEASE try to explain me what these lines means e.g. should i cry to the servis guys shuold i screem to them should i change the phone or ask for refund.
looking forward to hearing from you

New sw version for T65 and T68i
SE released the new sw version for the T65
version R6A006 available now.
Also released (October 19th)
the new sw version for the T68i
version R5D007 available now.

My advice is: upgrade!!

the restarts most likely is caused by the simcard reader and not by the firmware...

R6A006 was released yesterday, but I doubt it will help with another update since it's hardware related problem.

the top line is the firmware version, the second line is the modelnumber on the firmware (telling which countries it's developed for), the lines after are just other info about the firmware, the CDA line is the hardware model and R1A is the hw version.

thank you all for FAST REPLY,
so what does it mean simcard reader problem
can a problem be caused by the SIM or no.
somebody told me that i can see how many firmware changes have happened to the phone(where and how)?
did they changed something or no???
the phone seller says it is a SIM problem and that they have problems only with t65
the SIM supplier (mobile network provider) says that SIM can either work or no not work "a little bit"
i have a friend of mine that bought the same phone in the same shop i checked her SW everithing is the same except hardware model and she does not upgrade it so it says that no upgrade has been made to my phone at all
please drop a word or two so that i have arguments for complains
thank you

the problem with the simcard reader is a mechanical problem... two contacts on the reader (used for checking if the simcard holder is opened or closed) must be adjusted...

you can't see how many times the phone has been updated

so since it happens on all t65 models bought from this company it is probably the whole package of phones that are not OK and I should return it and buy a new model
am i right with this conclusion????????
