@kritonas
so u mean i should do some software upgrade in order to get my flash back? i have a question, have you tried clicking the "Discharge flash" at your own phone?

@JD UK
my camera flash was discharge. you see, when my flash option is activated, picture will go dark when the phone sense the picture need light. i also intentionally go to a dark room to see if my flash really broke and is really certified broken now. so all i have to do is off any flash option in order to for me to get good pics. problem, i can't get picture's at dark places.

help!

If the flash does not work at all then take it to a service centre to be repaired.

Your problem could be from an overuse of the flash over a short period of time! Or a possible drop that could have damaged the discharge tube releasing the remaining Xenon gas that was used to flash when in contact of electrons on the trigger plate. The Flash Discharge option is the same thing as using your flash at night.

Well if it's a newly brought as you say then just return is as it should be under warranty.

if it's newly bought...take it back to the shop where you bought it and say that the flash doesn't work atall and you haven't managed to get into the shop as your car stopped working...or something along those lines
