Tell us the exact message you are getting and who your operator is (O2, Orange, Vodafone, etc) and we should be able to help.

Im on O2. The message I get is this:

"Connection failure. Check settings. If the problem persists, please contact your operator for support."

I aint contacted my operator, because they are usually pretty useless and I figured I could get adequate help here instead of being stuck on the phone for ages.

I disagree. In something many to most operators can be useless but for the basic Internet settings you could have probably been online faster than waiting here for a reply. Look at the time of your original post, you surly could have gotten an answer by now.

Oh and a word of advice. When you put (Please help me), it rarely gets people to stop by as this is the constant battle cry of many. Most people see it and will ignore your posts. Just state your problem and people will answer.

@DMAS

I good idea would be to reinstall them from the support site. Its easy and self-service.

Instead of posting all that, it would have been easier to put:

http://www.filesaveas.com/gprs.html

The guy asked for help, if you've ever dealt with O2 UK you'll know that their answer to queries like this are "See the website to get the settings sent to you". They have abysmal customer service support so I cannot blame him one little bit for coming here first!

Just make sure you check that the settings for o2 from the SE site have the correct username and password for if you're pay monthly or pay as you go as I know they are wrong from the SE site.
