A funny thing started happening on my 1 month-old t68i. For whatever reason, when I insert the charger plug into the bottom of the phone, I have to jiggle it in order to get it to charge. It snaps into place, so I don't know what the problem is. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what was the fix? Do I need to buy a new charger (after a month? Not even 15 charges on this phone). I just past my 30 day exchange policy...

TIA,

have you tested another charger on your phone, or the charger on another phone? it doesn't have to be wrong with your charger, it can also be the systemconnector on the phone... also... check so the connector is not dirty...

Just clean the gold connectors on your phone. They get dirty and needs cleaning once in a while........use a needle or something like that......but don't scratch the surface too hard.

Good Luck!

When cleaning the gold connectors on any electronic device(even PC ram modules) always use an eraser on a pencil head. The connectors get oxidized and need to be cleaned periodically. It will help and you will notice that the connectors looks very shiny and bright gold once cleaned as they should be and that will probably fix your problem.

I would recommend getting a new charger.
I had the a similar problem before. The SE chargers aren't designed that well. They should have done something similar to Nokia (I'm not a Nokia Fan!) The Plastic bit doesn't snap in that well.

the connectors are not gold, they just look gold right? i mean who would put an actual gold pin in there... probably vetu's got it in gold or even platinum, but then again the whole freaking phone is gold...
anyway, it looks like it's your charger....
