It claims it will be able to use AT&T's GSM network here in the USA.

Some differences between this phone and the p800 is:
Tungsten is wider 3.07 in. (59 mm on p800)
Tungsten has bigger screen and is 65k colors (16bit)
Tungsten has infra-red, no bluetooth.
Tungsten has no camera.
Doesn't say what kind of ringtones it has.
Interesting product for a suggested pre-release price of $549.
If the p800 had been released by now, I'm pretty sure I would have bought it. But as I see it all these similar type phones are going to be released around Janruary, so I won't be immediately buying the p800 and will take a good hard look at the other phones . |

ALso the "T" version has the OMAP 150Mhz Arm CPU, while the Tungsten-W doesnt!!! I say go with the T and that way you have a full browser, faster CPU, and with your Bluetooth phone your mobile fully PDA style. Oh yeah did I mention that the Tungsten's Bluetooth porfile is upgradeable!!!!!! |

The new iPaq series 5000 will have a faster CPU, bigger screen, and there is also a GSM/GPRS and even a BT/WiFi combo version. They will be available in December, before the Tungsten W.
I'm still on the fence between the P800 and the new iPaq...
