could any one tell me how to take apart an ericsson T28. i have a T6 screw driver what else do i need.
Please help.

if its your only phone you need big balls too.

pull out the aerial manually and it becomes obvious.

Unless you have some very special reasons to open the phone, I would not recommend trying it at home. Need I mention that you'll loose the warranty?

Anyway, the plastic front conver on the T28 - and the T39 and some other Ericsson phones designed the same way, with a metallic back, simply snaps on onto the metallic back like a capsule on a bottle. Use a sharp knife or a thin screw driver to pry the cover off (do not twist), but be careful not to dent the plastic. There are certain areas along the sides that contain extra hatches to fix the cover securely on the back, which a skilled and trained SonyEricsson service techichian knows where to find, but that you will have to find out for yourself. Also, be careful not to damage the leads and connectors for the microphone that goes between the top cover and the main circuit board. The SonyEricsson technician also has a special tool for opening the phone, which you don't have.
