I am heading out to Hong Kong and GuangZhou in 2 weeks time, and i was wondering what is the best pay-as-you-go SIM card to purchase over there?

hi
just buy an prepaid in hk. in china, it depends on location, but most of the time, china unicom prepaid can text intl while china mobile prepaid ones cannot. but again, it depends on locations. just ask around foreigners you can see there. | |
