I haven't tried any A2DP headphones, but I'd be inclined to go for a cable-free type such as Moto HT 820.

Hi.. I have the HBH-DS970. And i love it. Good quality on the sound to. The only thing i don't like with it is that it has a little bit to much discount in the songs. Using it together with the K800i so don't know it the song title comes up on a walkman phone. doesn't do that on my K800i

Hi there

If your looking for the bet of the best bluetooth stereo headsets then I would go for the Plantronics Pulsar 590A

A good price here:

http://www.blueunplugged.com/[....]_Stereo_Bluetooth_Headset.aspx

If you want a cheaper one then go for the Motorola HT820, they should have one on the same site.

Hope that helps.

Wow! That's an awesome headset!

The compatibility list is misleading though. They list every bluetooth phone as compatible but don't mention that most of those phones only support BT headset profile not A2DP.

And they don't do returns due to incompatibility.

Looks like it works with these for music streaming:

* Apple: iPod 3G, iPod 4G, iPod Color, iPod Mini, iPod Nano, iPod Photo, iPod Shuffle, iPod Shuffle 2G, iPod Video, Nano 2G
* Motorola - E1070, E770v, V3x
* Nokia - 8800, 8800 Sirocco, N80, N91, N92
* O2: XDA Exec
* Samsung - D600, D900, E760, E770, E780, E900, i300, S500i, Z510
* Siemens - CX75, S75, SL75
* Sony Ericsson - P990i

With a streo adapter you could listen to music from your ipod and transmit it via bluettoth to the headset which is cool.

Hi all,
if you have the A2DP bluetooth profile there is only one choice IMO HBH-DS970 which with my M600 are awesome, highly recommended with all the functionality you could need.

If you don't need the music, then I picked up a HBH-GV435 that I'm very happy with!

These guys are talking about stereo bluetooth headsets (meaning with 2 earpieces).

Though I don't doubt that that the GV435 is a great headset, it isn't considered a stereo bluetooth headset.

I have the HT820 and the audio quality is OK, not great not bad just OK, the thing I like though is that it doesnt have any cables, that's kinda cool.

Silly question coming up :-
A lot of SE mobiles have FM radios built-in. The cable on the heaphones also act as the antennae to pick up the FM signal. If you move to a Bluetooth stereo headset, won't you be losing the FM radio functionality of your phone??

Hi Dave,
You are indeed correct but that's the same for all bluetooth headsets as every phone i know of needs a personal handsfree plugged in to act as the Radio antenna to be able to work. Which means if you want to use Stereo Bluetooth headsets no radio is the price you pay for no wires to the handset.
