Same here, I updated this evening and I can now not connect to Blackberry.

I get as far as Establishing a connection to the blackberry service, and under the Status in the Blackberry connect application, I get APN connected.

Just cannot get that final connection to the service!!

Frustrated, I am!!!

yes - i have bb connect and it was working fine until the upgrade to r9002.

i have spent most of today with vodafone trying to send new service books to see if this helps, it doesnt.

it is obviously a compatibility error with SE and BB,

ive phoned SE , they say you cant go back on firmware, to the R4.
BB say they cant support the SE phone,

its somethings that is down to the upgrade and im very annoyed that i did the upgrade.

i dont actually have a mobile email account on the phone when i reinstall, and its a problem at registation phase,

ps im in uk on vodafone, with m600i
help!!

I'm exactly the same, I talked to Voda UK and got the same answer from them.

I was running BB Connect 3.31 for the M600, but apparently we need BB Connect 3.37, which is available for the P990 at present, but not the M600.

I tried installing the P990 file onto the M600 but I get an error, stating that I need to instal another config file first (same error early P990 users had)

So until someone releases the 3.37 version or someone posts it were...well screwed.

Bum holes.

I have the exact same issue. T-Mobile USA with an M600i. For some stupid reason I updated to the latest firmware, R9A002. And my working BB Connect stopped functioning. If its true we need the 3.37 version of BB connect .sis file for M600i, then where is it?

there is a m600 3.37 file at secentral.net. I have downloaded it and my bb service works once again with the new firmware. thank god. the file is compressed as a .rar file, so you have to unzip it using e.g. winrar, which you can download a free version of from download.com
