Playing with my New Toy, i have added some images of me changing the flip on my phone...
Flip on
Tools you get to remove and change the flip
Back cover off, battery out and flip off
Red Screws Removed, flip slid down and off
Flip off cover slipped on, red screws screwed in the secure, do not over tighten!
Flip on, flip off next to it
Sitting Pretty
Let me know what you guys think of both types on and off and any usage issues with either.
Enjoy

flip off since day one (26Aug 2006)
No issues encountered. It looks 'sexier' without the flip, right? |

and the flip makes it look more bulkier.
P990i is definately a beauty, me thinks.

Hey,
And what about making/receiving calls in "no flip" mode ? No problems ? And, for example, checking/writing sms messages with one hand ?
