When i plug the usb in to the phone it is recognised intially(little mobile symbol appears in white) but when I select the transfer file option it disconnects(phone symbol with x). I have downloaded software from SE website and reinstalled software on disc countless times with no joy. Anyone have a clue how to resolve or a link that may help?
