If I were to link two computers together in my home via Bluetooth for sharing Internet connection and file transfer and so on. Would it then be possible for me to use one of my computers together with the HBH-30 headset while someone else is surfing the net on the other computer?

To put it simpel: is it possible for one bluetooth device to be connectec and communicating with two devicec at the same time?

bluetooth should support up to 7 connected devices at once. Of course thats no guarantee that it actually will, but at least in theory it is possible.

I would be interested to know what sort of range you can get on a bluetooth network. I am a bit disappointed that my WiFi doesn't seem to cover the whole house. I doubt bluetooth will be better but it's possible.
