Samsung about to sue Motorola? |

Samsungs new x820 must be worrying the 'king of slim' Motorola as its been reported that Samsung are about to sue Moto for posting a video on YouTube.
What does the video show? An x820 being snapped in half by a very happy chick.
What has this got to do with Moto? apparently they made it - but of course they deny all knowledge.
But, YouTube took two copies of the video down - saying the copywrite holder had told them to.
Who was the copywrite holder - HELLO MOTO!!!
Take a look for yourself - someone's in trouble.

LoL, I saw the video before it was removed!
Apparently it was already snapped beforehand. I think you can tell as the screen is cracked.

QVGA, you can't say that ANYTHING slim is a copy of Motorola....
The X820's design is COMPLETELY different.
Samsung has the buldge, different keypad, different layout of screen, better specs etc...
Anyway, as I said in my review thread.
No it does NOT easily snap in half.
Look at the video carefully, when she shows the back for a BREIF second, you can see that there already IS a crack! Also, the way the battery covers just 'falls' off can't be, have you SEEN how tight it is? If it snapped in half where it did, it more likely would have hung on.
