My brother just came home with a nokia n73 from his contract upgrade.

The thing wont even turn on, hold the power button for ages, nothing, put the charger on, nothing, connected to the comp, the computer recognises it as a usb device, but the phone doesnt do anything, blank screen for everything, no power.

Any one help out? or should he just take it back to the shop?

cheers

sometimes you need to leave the phone plugged in and it'll show up as dead, but leave it for a few hours and then try.

did you try plugging in the charger while the battery is NOT in the phone?
