on a k800i what is the diference between ps and cs or cs only in option menu data communication > preferred service.

u can choose if u are always online or when u start a new connection to the net ( browsing ) i use usually cs only, u save some battery power, as u would be always online

PS and CS = Gprs and GSM
CS Only = GSM Only

Spot on Prabu. PS stands for Packet Switch data (GPRS), and CS stands for Circuit Switch data (dial up).
