Having a problem sending email on my Orange K800i. When sending email through Orange's SMTP server, I get told incorrect username or password.
Having rang Orange's technical support, they tell me this is a known fault with this model of phone, that it isn't possible to send email unless your email address is an @orange.net address.
Now obviously that is bull, the problem must be that their smtp server isn't accepting email unless your email address is something@orange.net... yes?

Same here, those orange swines
The most annoying thing is that my email provider, Wanadoo, is now part of Orange!!!!

Tried to use gmail's smtp server, but it seems the email client doesn't know how to talk ssl.
