ok so i just got a phone from o2 and after playing with it for a few hours have decided it is too awkward and complicated for me. (basically is sucks... i should just stick with se phones). anyways, im packing everything back up into the box and reading the returns policy and it says 'step 1. complete the goods returns form below'.......... eh? what goods returns form?? THERE IS NO GOODS RETURNS FORM!!
i was just wondering if anything that this was i way for o2 to delay the returns process, hoping that by the time you got one to fill out it would be too late???
ive tried looking on their website but cant find one. guess i will have to call the stinkers tomorrow.
oh well...what u guys think? |

usually its the back of your receipt that came in the box with your phone with o2 all over it. Includes details about you and your phone etc. Its a single page |

well the front of the page had all the details of the new phone and the sticker to put on the box to send it back....
on the back of the same page is the returns policy stating what to do.... it says fill out the goods returns form below.... but the bottom half of the page is blank???
there is nothing about the goods returns form on their website and i really dont want to get stuck with this nasty phone |

Hey,
Just a little word of warning, when you take it to the post office to send it back, please! please! please!, remember to ask for a reciept of proof of sending because O2 have a habit of saying that they never recieve the phones you send back. Ive done it twice now and luckily ive always had reciepts for sending them, but the second time they wanted me to fax off a copy of the reciept to prove i sent it. Then they still said after a month that they never recieved it but couldnt do anything to me cos i had proof i sent it back.
So whatever you do, get a reciept and get the cashier in the Post Office to stamp it.
