Problems after using HID Remote Control |

Hi
I had a problem when using k750 bluetooth remote control with my PC.
I just want to share my experience.
When I use my phone (k750) as a remote control for PC, windows automatically installs HID drivers (HID mouse and HID keyboard). After using this thing I've noticed that my Toshiba Laptop (Windows) does not shut down completely - it logs me off, saves settings , I think it finishes everything , but does not turn off. Then I needed to uninstall those HID drivers from windows, to be available to turn my laptop off.
I read from some sources that there are old and unused drivers, which are not used by windows , but windows always loads them each time it starts. To make them visible in device manager, we need to create an environment variable with name "devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices" and value "1", and select show hidden devices in Device Manager program. After doing this , I saw 6-7 HID drivers in Device Manager, and only after deleting them all , I was able to shut down my laptop correctly.
I've read that there are only certain PCs that may have this problem, so some of you could come across to this problem.
I had the same situation with my work desktop PC (DELL) |

Well, thanks for sharing your experience, so now I can tell you a solution for your problem. Try downloading and installing the Widcomm Bluetooth Drivers. Search for them on Google. They're approx. 40MBs. They allow you use ALL opportunities which supports your bluetooth enabled phone. |

well, maybe I didn't emphasize it, after deleting that HID drivers, I can turn off my both PCs.
Using Widcomm drivers, I will have no problems, only if it does not use default windows HID drivers, but alternate ones. Note that without Widcomm drivers I can use remote control correctly (I'm using IVT BlueSoleil). |
