First of all don't laugh if i sound like a jack-ass, but lately i've been thinking, what if the internal file system (which is now revealed by far with sefp) have been kept secret for a good reason? what if other mobile manufecturers now know how  is giving us top-class quality with it's gadgets, and they can now blindly follow what had to invent. what do u think, was it a good example to set by us? (SE fans) |

I think what the guy is trying to say is, now that we SE users have hacked their phones, do you think we have exposed se coding to other manufaturers for them to copy?
Well, at least thats what I think he is saying...

Esato is one of the big and FREE support of se. I am sure, they pop here day by day and check datas, infos and comments, maybe even they gave task for persons to report the responseable ones according design, fw, hw, accs etc

I say YES!!
Theres quite a few things that I brought up personally and implemented them... camera covers, edge etc..
But yeah maybe or maybe not!! 
They havent tried anything regarding locking folders yet though.  |

They have their own engineers to do that. I'm sure they can reverse engineer anything if at all necessary.

Yeah, this thread has been modded. Lotsa people were confused about the purpose of the original post and the question the user was asking. Its more streamlined now. Well kinda....

Question: don't you think lawyers patented some of that? Besides the reverse engineering that manufacturers surely do to each other phones, there are always patents to prevent other from copying one's good ideas... Maybe copied the folders system from Windows, or from some other small manufacturers...
