First of all hello to everyone
I have recently bought a sony ericcson k510i,and no matter what my wife and i do we cannot download our photos to our pc,we installed the software provided result nothing we downloaded an update from the website same result we plug the phone and the usb cable in as directed but it continues to show up as "NO MOBILE DEVICE CONNECTED" I know we are silver surfers but we are not thick but it seems no matter what we do nothing works we would love to download photos of our grandson asap
could someone please help or do we need to pay someone to check our pc?

my wife says please type slowly as i am a thick geordie

@ian - Firstly, welcome to Esato matey ! Are you trying to say that . . . you cannot transfer the images taken on your fone's camera on your K510 to your PC? If so, then there are just numerous ways on how to do it mate. Try sending those images via MMS to your email addy, from there, you can then transfer/download it your PC's hard disk. Then try Bluetooth, if you have a Bluetooth Dongle . . . lastly, I'm not certain though if the K510i has already an external memory card, if so (again), then use a Memory Card Reader. Good Luck !
