k750i - Problems downloading files greater than 500 kb using wap |

I have K750i handset with Idea connection. All files download properly using the wap sites. But when I select those files which are more than 500 kb in length I get following error :
"Access denied. Choose another link or check your settings"
what may be the problem?

usually it is 300kb limit, you need to have http access for more than that wap access has a 300kb file limit size.

oh, so thats the reason i couldnt download large thms from esato....

Yes, It was the same problem, I just changed the internet mode to http and I was able to download large files as well.
But the problem with http mode is that browsing is a bit slower as compared to wap mode browsing. |
