I've got SE W800i and two friends both have Alcatel S853 (a music touch phone). The alcatel has 3 speakers (2 tweeters and 1 bass). So I want to ask which phone is better for sound and which is better compared with the overall options?

i am really not an expert, but thx for the flowers

anyway, se and nokia has the best support according their fones imo. its also very important, cos when u ned any help or u wanna hear different and useful opinions, esato is focused on se fones, but next to it u can find here other brands infos and datas aswell. all those are based on personal experiences and thats very important. might be, that lacatel offers a good device, but but few ppl are using that, so tricks and detailed support isnt to offer. whats his opinion about the alcatel?

That Alcatel IMO looks ugly and a bit tacky. Nokia N91 or SE's Walkman range any day. They don't put lots of speakers in the phones because they know it's a waste of time as a speaker docking station will sound 100 times better and saves weight and battery on the phone.

2 tweeters and 1 bass, LOL, what's next? a 5.1 dolby digital phone with Klipsch satellites and subwoofer integrated.

To me, give me a Walkman phone anyday. I've had them and I loved them.

@ BobaFett, "flowers" Priceless!

Anyhow I have a W810 and find it to be an amazing product overall aside from the security provided with Walkman branding.

Also would have to agree with some of the other folks about the three speakers on this other model. Doesn't sound terribly practical and plus you would assume you'll be using headphones most times anyhow.

And screw a docking station when you can just link your phone directly to your home stereo through bluetooth steaming or basic music cable.

I would wonder how practical all the buttons down the side are. As it is I am forever launching playback on my W810 when trying to take a pic and that is only one small button. Imagine all that would be going on with a whole grip of potential interference.
