K800i - PAN bluetooth profile |

Is anybody able to connect bluetooth dongle and K800i with PAN profile? I have MSI Star key 2.0 and k800 (fw R1CB001) and both of them should support this profile but I always get an error when I'm trying to connect them.
BTW other services (synchronization, images transfer, bt serial port...) go well.

I installed the newest drivers from widcomm 5.0.1.2500 and now I am able to connect K800 via PAN profile.
There is only one problem to solve: how to initiate PAN connection from phone?? Has anybody any ideas? |

I can make a pan network too on my K800 and it's started from the bluetooth drivers (Toshiba edr 3Mb/s).
On the K800 I've made a new data profile with my pc's IP in it and I can see some data being sent to the K800, no data returns however
When I ping the K800 I only get time-outs.
My network sniffer doesn't report the single bits going to the K800 so I don't know what data it gets.
Using my broadband internet connection works fine, Opera-mini works when I start it from my pc

Do you have Sony Ericsson SDK installed, don't you? I guess it is impossible to get to work without it.
You have to use your PC to start the Opera mini in mobile and that's the thing I don't like. It will be very nice if SE will add some new date profile into new fw to do this without SE SDK

I've tried to find out more about 'bluetooth internet' under bluetooth settings and this is what the info label says:
'Use this function to connect your computer to the internet via your phone, using the bluetooth Personal Area Networking function.'
This means that you can't connect your phone with PAN to make use of your pc's broadband connection, it works the other way
The white paper of the K800 lets me think it could also work the other way but that seems not to be the intention of PAN.
