Question about storing email addresses |

Is it possible to save email addresses you use alot in the T68i? For instance I send email alot to 2 or 3 address all the time, and I hate having to retype all that info every time. Cant I just save the addys someplace in the phone and then when it asks for that ino just pick from a list?
Same goes for signing into wap sites and things like that. I always have to retype the username and pass. Its a pain in the ass  .
Any way around this? Thanks.

That's correct and I stored my e-mails and the you can add or delete using Outlook if you wanna
