At selected festivals across the Netherlands and Belgium, Nokia installed silence booths, offering festival goers a place and a moment of silence while making a phone call.In the booth, users could use their own phones or try out a Nokia 3250. www.nokia.nl/festivals

I remember reading about this somewhere before, maybe even a year ago. Except that one was about these 'silence booths' being provided as a replacement for telephone booths.
Not a bad idea really. Gives those people who want to make a phone call some quiet, and the people who don't want to listen to people's conversations some relief.
