In early of nokia N series its java performance was SUCKS! But now nokia was improve it performance in N93 & beats  (except in ancient jbencmark 1.0) Why? why?

Maybe some problem in java implementation.
It has the fastest processor in all phones.so no wonder it wins in most benchmarks.
