Ive currently got a D600 and a W810i.
Im looking to get a new phone, i like the W810i and the features it has so im looking for a phone thats got better features but isnt took big, and looks good like the d600 
What do you guys think about the K800i? Any phones you would recommend? |

please please please stay away from the K800. Its nothing fashion wise, just your normal looking candybar phone. If you want a good looking phone, wait for the W850, it'll be released next month |

depending on what you want for camera features get the k800 for music wait for the w850 personally i wait for the p990.and this brings me my 500th post now i m with the big boys

so the k800 is no good?
The w850 a slider right? I myt get that, more or less same size as my d600.
Anyone know when itll be out on o2?
Also if there are any phones? No smartphones like the p990. |

No, the K800 is no good, its nothing as far as looks are concerned. I am waiting for the W850, it looks really amazing. And also the D900, which looks equally spectacular.
K800's only plus point is camera. |

@lynx, have you personally tried the phone? The K800??

Don't forget, on the contrary to K750i/W800i/W810i, the 2.0 mp cam of the W850 doesn't have autofocus.

No autofocus, that's the same cam as the K610I then.
I think the K800I looks GRREEEAAATTT and when you pick it up it feels so solid it's unreal. It has the walkman software version 1 but without megabase and is great.
The W850I is exactly the same though but with walkman software version 2 and the 2 meg camera. I think it looks nice in black but really tacky in white because IMO SE have gone overboard with the orange lighting, perhaps it's different in the flesh.
You could also look at the W950I, it has a 3D graphics hardware accelerator for great games and you can touch the album art on the screen to start it playing, unless you really hate smart phones that is.
I would also advise in getting the CDS-60 desk stand, it's only about £16 but is permanently plugged into your PC's USB socket and chargers your phone as well making it a much neater solution IMO. |

if you still prefer w810 feature.. go for the K800.. the size was perfectly fits your palm.. not too bulky for a superb camera quality that you can get from it .. prefer music then wait for the w850.. i personally waiting for the p990 aswell.. it has the full package to suit as my dream phone

Well, I know that you want a SE phone, but I can't help telling you the D900 would be great, even if it is samsung. I've read the review on it on mobile-review, and it looks good, has nice features, good screen, and a great camera. Personally I think it has better camera than SE, except for flash. If you still don't like D900 and want SE, I'd say W850, since it looks cool, but the lack of autofocus is not serious unless you want to use the camera preety often, it's good perhaps to show off in the screen. Well if you want to stick with SE, there are three choices:
-Get the W850. Basically the same as the D600, plus 3G. You also get FM radio, a better design IMO, and the new  player with better aesthetics, Track ID (basically a function which allows you to select one portion of a song, send it off to the internet and find out what you're listening to, great for the radio), and better management of songs. You do lose TV out in comparison to the D600 though.
-Or, you could get the K800. Exactly the same as the W850, with a far better camera but at the expense of the new player. You do get the unbraded old player on the K800. Everything else is the same except for the design, which in many respects, is subjective. I don't love the design, and when it first came out, I hated it. It's grown on me a bit, and doesn't look as bad as what QVGA has said.
-Or you could hold out and wait for the Cybershot slider, which should be due soon for anouncement soon. This is speculation on my part though.
In the end, it depends on what you want from your phone. Music or camera.

Hmm its anoying how the w850 is only 2mp cam but i think il go for that. I dont like the d900,its just a e900 in a different housing basically and a better cam and feels too "plasticky" and the e900 is just a d600 in a new housing more or less lol.also the music player doesnt suit my needs:D. Ill be getting the w850 when its out on o2 any idea when that will be? Ive used the k800i,i like the features a bit but i just dont like the phone.and id rather not wait for the cybershot

i don't think the d600 looks good. it looks fat. go for the choclate phone if your looking for a good looking phone. friend has that phone. |
